So, the romantic day has come and gone, but I hope not the romance. Here in Georgia, we had a great day. Bill came home for lunch and we had an indoor picnic with a fire. In the evening, we got a sitter! That's big for us. Bill took me to Chateau Elan for dinner- it's a ritzy country club/ winery close to where we live. They had a special Valentine's buffet which ruled. I loved the citrus artichoke soup we had- as well as the hundreds of other delightful flavors that crossed my happy pallate. Oohh, the raspberry mousse pyramids were to die for. It also had a glass ceiling so we could see the sky get darker and the moon come up. It was SO awesome. Then, we went to the movies. We saw "Jumper" and were very entertained. It's only the second movie we've seen in the theater in the last year. Going to the movies is really fun! We came home to a sleeping toddler and a very nice and capable babysitter. All in all, a fantastic Valentine's day. The best part, though, is having a Valentine that you truly love; one that warms your heart with a touch and delights your mind by the mere thought of him. I feel so lucky that Bill chose me to be his wife. I love him so dearly and am so excited to see him as the Daddy of two!
My wonderful Valentine
This is a little video at the tail end of our picnic. Sally is a bit of a ham in this one towards the end. Hmmmm, wonder where she gets that from. (Remembers the countless calls of,"Mom! Camera me!")
I'm so happy to have a family with so much love. Happy late Valentine's day to all.

I love the beret! That was a sweet clip to put on. It's obvious you all love each other a lot.
